Rustic Curlies
Hammered wire jewelry... this is a pair of rustic earrings made of sterling silver wire. I forged wire into a curly s-shape. The s-links hang from sterling silver earwires. Wire Gauges I used 1.5 mm or about 15 gauge wire to forge the s-link-dangles.The earwires were made of 0.8 mm or about 20 gauge wire. Handmade! It is really difficult to make the two earrings exactly the same. I made them mirror images of each other... and that was even more of a challenge. As much as I try to make them the same, I know that it is good if they are not exactly the same... after all they are handmade. Return to the top of this Hammered Wire Jewelry...
