Lime Sherbert - Wire Earrings with Lampwork Beads

Lime Sherbert
Wire Earrings with Lampwork Beads

These wire earrings with lampwork beads are made of…
- Permanently dyed copper wire (20 gauge)
- Yellow and green lampwork beads
- Tibetan silver spacer beads

The beads themselves are gorgeous. I just had to put them where they would be seen a lot and have very little other material to distract from them. I hope I accomplished this.

Great option for large hole beads, too!

I seem to be consistently drawn to beads with large holes and get very frustrated with the gauge of readymade headpins. Since I'm not working with hot connections (yet), this is a terrific option.

You have done it with lovely swirls!

Anita, oooooo, I think you have put the beads where they will be seen a lot. You have also framed them with a lovely wire swirl design!

I love these earrings - the delicateness of the swirls, the swirls in the earwires and the heavier lampwork beads that work so well with the design.

You know what is really neat and clever? It?s the way you use one piece of wire to make two swirls at the bottom of the earring and the loop at the top to attach the earwire from.

Thank you very much for sharing!
